Fall Prevention and Group Exercise
Group exercise and fall prevention classes help seniors and people with disabilities living in the community stay healthy and active. Remaining socially connected and engaged in life is linked to better physical and mental health. Classes are free (no cost or publicly funded) and held at various community locations.
