Service Description:
|
Provides culturally competent and gender-affirming care to trans and gender diverse people in a safe, confidential, and inclusive space. Provides medical and counselling services to trans and gender diverse individuals. Medical services include physical and sexual health care and hormone replacement therapy and counselling services include discussion/exploration of gender identity, transition and resource navigation, education, collaboration, and referral.
Services available also include: virtual self-paced education webinar series as well as a monthly drop-in group.
