Service Description:

Provides support for youth experiencing mental health distress and substance use challenges through group and one-to-one services.
Interventions include psychosocial education, social activities, and care navigation.
|

Application:
|
Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals for group sessions.
Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online.
Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
