Service Description:

Support for individuals living with a life-limiting illness, their family members, and individuals who are grieving a loss * offers a full range of services, free of charge, by a team of professional staff and specially trained volunteers * services can be provided at the hospice or in-home and include:
- community hospice palliative care supports
- intake and assessment
- individual care plan development
- individual counselling
- group support
- wellness activities
- music therapy
- day program and social club
- information, education and referrals
Volunteers are an integral part of the organization and opportunities are offered for anyone interested in supporting individuals and families in the community
