Service Description:

Home care services in the community or requiring assistance post hospitalization
services include:
- Personal Support Services (PSW)
- Nursing Services (Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses)
- foot care (ingrown nails, corns, callouses, cracked heels, diabetic foot assessment/treatment, nail trimmings)
- homemaking (light housekeeping, light meal prep, and laundry)
- accompanying to appointments (such as MD appointments)
