Service Description:

Team includes a Certified Respiratory Educator and Registered Kinesiologist:
Services include:- individual assessments from a Certified Respiratory Educator
- breathing tests (Pre and Post Spirometry)
- how to use your inhaler devices correctly
- information on your respiratory medications
- smoking cessation counseling
- group education (virtual)
- physical activity and mindfulness programs (virtual)

Self referral * referral from physician or health care provider * Note: A signed Medical Directive will be requested from your primary care provider in order for you to do a Spirometry test
