Service Description:

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for frail older adults with mild intellectual and muscular disabilities in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Breakfast, lunch and snack included. Cost of meals included in price. Hot Italian style lunch. Special diets available. Assistance with feeding available. |
| Mobility Assistance |
Mobility aids can be accommodated, assistance provided. |
| Incontinence |
Toileting assistance provided. Urinary and bowel incontinence care provided, client must be able to weight bear. |
| Medication Management |
Medication reminders, no assistance with administering. Assistance with ostomy care. |
