Service Description:

Provides financial and employment support to people who are in financial need
Financial Support:
- income support to help with the costs of basic needs, like food, clothing and shelter
- may be eligible to receive other benefits including prescription drug and dental coverage, eye glasses, diabetic supplies
Employment Support:- workshops for resume writing, job hunting, and interview tips
- referrals to job counselling or training programs
- job opening's information
- access to basic education

Eligibility / Target Population:

Be in financial need; be willing to make reasonable efforts to find, prepare for and keep a job (unless you have specific circumstances that temporarily prevent you from doing so, such as an illness or caregiving responsibilities) * Other adult members of your household must also agree to participate in employment assistance activities
