Mental Health Promotion - Central

Good Mental Health has a major positive impact on your overall well-being. These organizations offer a variety of programs that promote and maintain healthy minds. Programs aim at developing self-esteem, helping overcome mental health adversity such as stress or trauma, ensuring healthy relationships with friends and family and encouraging healthy attitudes. Everyone is different, so Mental Health promotion incorporates many different strategies and approaches.

Mental Health promotion is for everyone - not just those who experience Mental Health problems.
