Service Description: Dedicated to helping children, youth and young adults with physical disabilities achieve their full individual potential and future independence through * financial assistance * summer camps * the Recreational Choices funding program * advocacy * public and consumer education

Local volunteer District Councils organize and deliver a variety of fundraising programs.

Appropriate referrals to this agency include * scoliosis * neuromuscular/skeletal disorders (spina bifida, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy).
