Service Description: Early intervention assistance for youth, parents and school staff to address multicultural challenges and bridge cultures, working to prevent school drop-outs or suspensions * help agencies manage vulnerable children * culturally relevant community-based support for youth involved in the justice system * counselling and advice, referral to local services as appropriate
