Service Description: Services include physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, orthotics and foot care * provide chronic pain treatments from our pain management and fibromyalgia centre and serve north GTA with our mobile physiotherapy and in-home physiotherapy and massage services * also provide weight management, personal training, naturopathy and treatments for arthritis, osteoporosis, chronic pain, and diabetes

Offers the GLA:D™ Canada Program, an 8-week education and exercise program for people with symptoms of hip and/or knee osteoarthritis (OA) * The program teaches participants how to control movements to improve everyday functional activities * the goal of the program is to reduce symptoms, increase physical activity and quality of life for its participants * the program includes:
  • 2-3 education classes
  • 12 tailored neuromuscular exercise sessions (twice a week for 6 weeks) and
  • Quality monitoring of the program through collecting participants’ outcome results from functional tests.
