Ontario Creating 128 New Long-Term Care Beds in Havelock

Ontario is helping seniors in the Peterborough area access the care they need sooner and closer to home by supporting a new, 128-bed long-term care home in Havelock. This is part of Ontario's commitment to create 5,000 long-term care beds over the next four years and more than 30,000 over the next decade. The province is now inviting existing or new long-term care organizations to apply for new beds in their communities.
